As a Chicagoan, I consider myself a pizza connoisseur. Ever since I moved here, I’ve been searching for pizza that compares to that of my hometown, but  I’ve always come up short. Enter Skinny Pizza! Nestled in the food court of  Hudson Eats downtown is one of the most spectacular pizzerias I’ve found  in NYC.
