1 cup brewed coffee
1 TBSP coconut oil melted
A dash of nutmeg
Milk or cream
Sweetener to taste
1. Prepare a cup of coffee and place it in a blender (I use my Cuisinart Smart Stick Immersion Blender, 34.99)
2. Add in one tablespoon of organic coconut oil, nutmeg, milk, sweetener…..blend and enjoy.
+BONUS: Melt in a small chocolate bar or add Hershey’s syrup
